Care is at the heart of everything we do at NPR – from the welcoming environment of our events and groups we run.

Sometimes we all need a bit more care than usual – if life throws something at us that we don’t know how to handle, or if we just don’t seem to have enough hands to manage everything. And whatever is going on for us, it’s great to feel we matter to someone. Here at NPR you do.

Small groups

We all have the chance to care and be cared for through our small groups. Getting to know people well through the smaller groups means we can look out for one another and be there to support each other through the things we face. This includes all sorts of stuff – maybe cooking meals for a family for the first couple of weeks with a new baby, or arranging school runs for a parent who is ill, or just being there for people struggling with a whole variety of issues such as bereavement, loneliness and depression.

Pastoral care

For anyone who needs some more in-depth and one-to-one support we offer a wide range of confidential and professional pastoral care.

Care and prayer

We have a prayer team available during and after our meetings as well as regular opportunities to ask for prayer through the week.
